FELIX GARCIA JR., PE

Felix earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He has over 11 years of experience working on a wide range of project types, including commercial, residential, and municipal projects. His experience includes the design and analysis of structures constructed with structural steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, wood, and cold-formed metal framing. Felix is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Felix also served in the United States Army. He was commissioned as an Engineer Officer through the Massachusetts Military Academy at Camp Edwards, Massachusetts, in October 2016. He completed the Engineer Basic Officer Leadership Course in May 2017 and served as a Platoon Leader with the 181st Engineer Company (Vertical) from 2017 to 2019. Felix retired with the rank of Captain in 2023 after 10 years of honorable service.
